設施：基本全備，但是我就很奇怪為啥有浴缸但是沒熱水？？？那有浴缸的意義在哪裡？泡冷水嗎衞生：很多蒼蠅，吃早飯的時候基本都在趕蒼蠅了服務：哦，沒有服務，房間電話是壞的，到前台親自去要兩雙拖鞋和毛巾硬是一晚上都沒送。ps房間有且衹有2條毛巾…… 環境：唯一可圈可點的就是酒店沙灘了，但是注意安全因為他們不配備安全員，搞笑……酒店也衹有三個很小的飯店，吃飯要打車，沒車旅遊不建議來，呆不了半天

The hotel is old but well taken care. The check in and check out process needs to be improved, took too long. The breakfast charge is over priced. I paid Rm50.88 per meal for my 7 year old kid. And the breakfast varieties are very normal, very limited choices. The environment to eat is also very messy, people queue up for 10-15mins just to get the omelettes. Probably due to long holidays, it’s hard to find a table to sit down and eat. Shortage of workers to clean the table and to clean the room too. Our room only managed to be clean at 5pm. The room is clean, the staff are friendly to help. We enjoy the beach and the pool, the pool is very friendly for kids. The hotel also provides many other activities.

The hotel was good. Facilities such as AC, Wifi, hot water all works well. However the service of staff very poor. I asked extra towel bcz my hair very long once bath all towel wet while I dry my hair. The staff said can’t give extra towels. Management will scold. I asked, so my entire stay do I need to use wet towels is it? Then the night shift staff I really pity her if she said truth. Management cannot say don’t give towels. At least must replace. We paid hundreds dollars if service like this i don’t think I will come again to this hotel. Location wise quite far away from city but near to beach . If u want to go places dont take shuttle from hotel. It’s super expensive compared to Grab. Use Grab. Breakfast buffet was nice . But for me since checked in I got disappointing. Even they don’t give water only two bottles per day. I called at night bcz water was finished. Night shift girl said can’t provide management will scold. Only 2 bottles per day. After talking to her so long I got towels but not water.

This was my second time staying this hotel and I’m glad to say it was just as wonderful than my first visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, which made the experience feel extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made me feel at home.

It was a worthwhile stay in this resort. The room is spacious and clean. One small issue is that our sofa was broken, but the staff was able to replace it the next day. The hotel also has a lot of activities to choose from. The food in the restaurant is okay for us, not so special but good enough. We weren't able to try the Chinese and Japanese restos, though. The breakfast menu is a bit limited. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

First time staying at Sands and Sandals resort and I think we would definitely visit again one day! Had a surprise decoration, thank you to the hotel staff for the balloons and cake and the beautiful set-up. Check in and check out was a breeze too, probably as we were not affected by the peak period. Breakfast was good too! Our second morning was more crowded but there were more choices too and it wss delicious. Room was comfortable and everything is provided, like towels, bath essentials, dental essentials. The connection of the tv was also a bit iffy but we didn't mind. Parking was also easy for us and location felt safe. Near to tourist attractions like Adventure Waterpark and Woodfire too! Thank you for the great service!

We used to enjoy Sand & Sandals. Our first visit in 2020 after COVID was pleasant, clean, and well-maintained. Sadly, the standard has dropped every year despite higher prices. During our recent stay, we were shocked to find rodent droppings on the balcony. Even worse, the balcony was cleaned without our knowledge or permission while we were out which is a clear breach of privacy. We came with 3 young children, and this is completely unacceptable. Minor issues like poor toilet cleaning or weak TV signal can still be tolerated, but rodent feces is a serious health risk. This place is no longer well-maintained and no longer safe. Definitely our last stay. I would not recommend this property to families with children.

Arrival already bad. Didn't offer umbrella when we were arrived at lobby. We had to take down the luggage then park at the open car park without umbrella. Gave us rooms that smell badroom 320 and really run down. Luckily they changed the rooms for us after we complained. Rooms are Not maintained at all. Room service staff redesigned to do painting at the public area. Rooms not cleaned after more than 3 to 4 hours of informing verbally, called and even with signs on the door. Staff not friendly. Breakfast very bad, food taste bad, not fresh. Got flies all over. The staff at breakfast was the worst. Use really bad tone and we're giving us bad look like we shouldn't be there. The bathroom design was bad. The wc floor will always be wet as its next to the bathroom. Have to be careful. They share 1 door. Ordered grab as they don't allow grab to come into the lobby. Didn't offer umbrella again as it was raining, and staff is laughing about that. So I told them its not funny and requested umbrella or someone to take for us. The corridors to the rooms are very slippery when it rains. Not sufficient signage at all. Really rundown and again staff service really bad. Came 6 years ago had great time. This 2nd time really bad. Definitely will not be back.
